Violent Soho - Jesus Stole My Girlfriend
I think the lyrics are pretty funny:
Jesus Stole My Girlfriend
Every day every afternoon
tried so hard but lost to God.
This time next year I´ll be married
this time next year I´ll say sorry
but Jesus stole my girlfriend.
I thought you´re my friend. I´ll guess again
I look to the clouds God gives me a frown.
This time next year I´ll be married
this time next year I´ll say sorry
but Jesus stole my girlfriend.
Try to talk to me again.
I´ll never even sing or do anything.
Jesus stole my girlfriend.

Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster
I don't know why the photographer didn't tell her that her mascara was running. You'd think a professional would notice something like that!
This album is kind of an add-on to her Fame CD, it includes 8 more songs that keep me going while I'm spring cleaning.

Flyleaf: Treasure
Treasure is my favorite song from Flyleaf's Memento album. I love the lead singer, Lacey Mosley, her voice is amazing and I think she is just beautiful!
Listen Here
Treasure
That night I felt like I'd become something treasured, different.
Can I tell you a story as we dance while the sun starts to bleed
Song of songs love is calling daughter wake up from your sleep
Refined I'll become the most dazzling precious treasure
I'll be treasured over all the earth
Bearing the gift of a new heart
Patience ablaze I'm slowly burning
//Refined ill become the most dazzling precious treasure
Ill be treasured over all the earth//
I am in awe and in shock
I'm in love and given away
I'm reserved with these words:
Can I tell you a story as we dance while the sun starts to bleed
Trees rejoice with the wind here
Hallelujah, Yes Shua
Tonight I've become the most dazzling precious treasure
I am treasured over all the earth
Just look at what he's done
How he's laying down his life
Take this life
Oh most dazzling precious treasure
Tonight I've become the most dazzling precious treasure
I am treasure over all the earth.

The White Stripes - Elephant
Today I set my ipod to shuffle and, as you probably have guessed, this White Stripes album came up. I haven't listened to it in a long long time, in fact I forgot I had it!
I'd say there are only 2 songs worth purchasing on this CD:
Track 1: Seven Nation Army
Track 9: The Hardest Button to Button
The rest of the CD is pretty forgettable and starts sounding all the same. At least to me.
So save your dough and just download those to songs on itunes!

30 Seconds To Mars - "Night of the Hunter"
"Night of the Hunter" is from their new album, "This is War", which I haven't listened to yet but I do like this song in particular. I own their last album but it was a little repetitive to me, all the songs sounded the same, so I'm curious to see how their new effort holds up.
Listen here
I was born of the womb of a poisonous spell
Beaten and broken and chased from the lair
But I rise up above it, high up above it and see
I was hung from the tree made of tongues of the weak
The branches were bones of liars and thieves
Rise up above it, high up above and see
Pray to your god, open your heart
Whatever you do, don't be afraid of the dark
Cover your eyes, the devil inside
One night of the hunter
One day I will get revenge
One night to remember
One day it'll all just end, oh
(Une, deux, trois, cinq)
Blessed by a bitch from a bastard's seed
Pleasure to meet you but prepare to bleed
Rise, I'll rise, I'll rise
Skinned her alive, ripped her apart
Scattered her ashes, buried her heart
Rise up above it, high up above and see
Pray to your god, open your heart
Whatever you do, don't be afraid of the dark
Cover your eyes, the devil inside
One night of the hunter
One day I will get revenge
One night to remember
One day it'll all just end, oh
Honest to God I'll break your heart
Tear you to pieces and rip you apart
Honest to God I'll break your heart
Tear you to pieces and rip you apart
Honest to God I'll break your heart
Tear you to pieces and rip you apart
Honest to God I'll break your heart
Tear you to pieces and rip you apart
One night of the hunter
One day I will get revenge
One night to remember
One day it'll all just end, oh

Cage The Elephant New Single - Back Against The Wall
I was introduced to Caged By The Elephant last year when their single "Aint No Rest For The Wicked" was released and instantly fell for them. They are a rock band but with a unique hip 21st century vibe.
This new single has a little softer feel to it but it is definitely worth checking out and if their new album is any reflection of this song, then I will definitely be buying the album too!

Linkin Park - Not Alone
After Linkin Park heard of the disaster that happened in Haiti, they resurrected a song they started three years ago called "Not Alone". It is available to download only and encourages fans to donate to the Haiti relief. It is a great song, it's one of their softer songs, which I love!
Linkin Park, along with Alanis Morissette, All-American Rejects, Dave Matthews Band, Enrique Iglesias, Hoobastank, Peter Gabriel, and others have all contributed to the "Download to Donate for Haiti" compilation.

Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
I love old school Smashing Pumpkins. This album came out in 1993 and was SP's breakthrough album. I'm sure everyone has heard "Today" and "Disarm", they are classics! By listening to the first 2 tracks of the CD, "Cherub Rock" & "Quiet", you may be thinking the CD is all grungy but as you listen further it's really anti-grunge.
Here is the full track list:
1. Cherub Rock

A Piano: The Collection - Tori Amos
Oh my God, there is so much music here I don't even know where to start. Yes Jeanne, 5 CDs is a lot to take in!
My husband gave this to me for Christmas and it wasn't easy to find! I just LOVE the packaging for this collection, look how gorgeous.
It even has Bösendorfer written on the side, which Tori has named the best piano in the world. These pianos follow Tori everywhere!
“All I knew was -- when I touched her -- that she became my friend. And it's not as if it were one piano, it's any Bösendorfer seems to have some kind of um, understanding. They can speak, and they can listen. And I think, when you play them, you become an extension. They give you the opportunity to, anyway. If you don't choose to have a relationship -- an affair -- with them, then that is your loss, I guess.” -Tori Amos
I've never played on a Bösendorfer but I hope to some day. You know, when I'm rich and can afford a 9 foot grand piano!! *drooling*
This collection has everything including 10 previously unreleased tracks along with some alternate takes of a few Tori classics. There are 5 CDs with 86 tracks and it also includes a book about the songs and albums.
