I can't express enough how much I love this band and this album. I feel like it's the soundtrack to my life over the past year. I've been listening to Me Vs. Maradona Vs. Elvis over and over.


And over.


Such a great song, I love the melody and the chorus just gets to me. It just feels so familiar.

My Chemical Romance - Danger Days, The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys

Very different from The Black Parade. Have they gone pop? Are they selling out?


Lets hope not!

This is one of Metric's earlier CDs, not as good as Fantasies but still worth listening to.

The White Stripes - Elephant

Today I set my ipod to shuffle and, as you probably have guessed, this White Stripes album came up. I haven't listened to it in a long long time, in fact I forgot I had it!


I'd say there are only 2 songs worth purchasing on this CD:

Track 9: The Hardest Button to Button


The rest of the CD is pretty forgettable and starts sounding all the same. At least to me.

Love Jimmy's Futures album. It's Emo and dark but with enough light shining through that it is not depressing. Full of catchy songs that stick in your head but in a good way!
